ABOUT RAE WILSON
Rae is a multimedia artist working with clay and flowers. She weaves the essence of these practices into class, exploring the intersection of nature and movement. She is less interested in perfection and is instead attentive to nurturing space for curiosity, growth, joy, and continued learning.
With over 500hrs of study in pranayama, movement, vinyasa, ashtanga, and hatha yoga, she creates a healthy blend of strength, stretch, sweat, and breath. Her wish is that you leave feeling balanced in body and mind, ultimately carrying these practices off the mat and into the world.

In the quest for aliveness, we will conjure a shared container to unblock stagnant energy and shed emotional weight. Together, we’ll tap into the cosmic spiral through body rolling, movement energetix, club dancing, and sweaslay power moves. Gathering influences from queer club culture, dance, somatic movement, aerobics, feel ur fantasy visualization, movement meditation, and metaphysical fitness practices; Soudan creates a container to alchemize a playful perspective to roll, release, and reinvent.
