Join Rae & Emily for an inner & outer adventure in the Hudson Valley. Expect meditation & yoga practices to prepare the body & mind for an intentional & creative day. We will hike & forage flora from the land followed by a floral design workshop, arranging a table for our chef crafted dinner. Summertime in the Hudson Valley is the most perfect time to experience the area. Pond swimming, stargazing, friendship, & lots of nature; these are just a few highlights to expect from our dreamy daycation retreat.

    We have 2 camping locations.
    - 10 spots available near the main barn & pond
    - 10 spots available in the Apple Orchard, an 8 minute walk from the main space

  • Are You Traveling From Afar?
    Would You Like The Luxuries Of The Inside?
    There is an apple orchard guesthouse with 3 bedrooms & 2 baths available for rent. Slots for this are limited to 3.

Join us in the Hudson Valley for a creative day retreat where we will move our bodies & mind, flex our creative spirit, eat good food & be surrounded by community!

We are offering a 3 tiered payment system for a more inclusive experience. There are limited spots for each tier. The tiers are an honor system, so please be sure you have selected the correct one as not to take away from someone who may truly need assistance.
The ‘true price’ is the normal price ($500).
The ‘pay-it-forward’ price is for those who have resources to support those who pay the ‘financial assistance’ price ($675).
The ‘financial assistance’ price is for those who could not otherwise afford to attend ($275).

If you are local and would like to sleep in your own bed, great! If you would like to stay overnight (local or otherwise), do not forget to choose your overnight option add-on after clicking the Book Now button below.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

All sales for retreats are final. Due to the planning and preparation required for these events, we are unable to offer refunds for any reason, including cancellations, schedule conflicts, or personal circumstances.

We recommend considering travel insurance or similar options to protect your investment in case of unexpected changes.

However, they are transferrable to other people. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us here!

✺ Frequently Asked Questions ✺

  • Though we do recommend you have had some experience, if you practice other modalities and have body awareness you should be good! It is an all levels space. Come as you are <3

  • We will make it work rain or shine!
    We will be working out of a beautiful big barn and can make the space our sanctuary. There is also a fireplace in the barn which makes for the perfect swim in the pond while raining and then warm up by the fire with tea & our journals moment.
    HOWEVER- you may cancel your camping for the night or we will have 10 slots available for overnight in the barn - BYOBlowUpMattress

  • We have a single shared bathroom in the main space. Otherwise we are in nature. There is a shower in the single bathroom.

  • We are not yet equipped to provide extra camping gear! Apologies! However- ask your friends & family :-)
